Making a Warranty Replacement Unit Authorisation request via the Online Portal

If you are wanting to request a Warranty Replacement Unit Authorisation, you need to All replacements units must be approved by a Daikin Technician.  
Please call 0800 209010 or 09 571 1101 and select option 1 for the Technician to approve the replacement of the faulty unit. The approval will initiate a Warranty Replacement claim, for you to claim on the unit, non-cogs, labour, and travel. We will also arrange the Replacement unit (if needed), and collection of the faulty unit via this webform.
