Daikin's team of dedicated Service Technicians are Daikin Specialists, who know your climate control system inside and out. Daikin's National Service Teams provide Post Sales solutions across the entire Daikin Commercial range, helping you minimise downtime in the unlikely event of a problem with your system.

All Service Requests are coordinated locally at each Service Centre, where a dedicated team manages the entire process, arranging spare parts as well as booking a Daikin Service Technician for a time that is convenient to you.

Commissioning Service

From start up and testing, to fine-tuning, Daikin Service Specialists are here to offer you support at every step of the installation process. Our effective and efficient practices help ensure Daikin equipment installations continue to run at peak performance.

Health Checks

Daikin also offers ongoing Health Checks. Daikin’s dedicated Service Team can provide pro-active diagnosis, testing and comprehensive reporting, to keep your climate control system running efficiently and minimise outages and downtime.

Technical Support

At Daikin we’re proud of our reputation for superior after sales service and support. Our call centre is located in New Zealand, so you can be sure when you call Daikin, you’re speaking to someone locally.

Operating from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, Daikin’s call centre provides technical phone support, helping callers resolve most problems on the spot with basic troubleshooting. If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, Daikin’s support team can coordinate a technician service call and coordinate warranty support.

Warranty

All Daikin Commercial Products sold and installed in New Zealand are backed by a comprehensive 12 month warranty on parts, with a 36 month warranty on compressors for all VRV and rooftop package units.

Additionally, all domestic sales and some light commercial applications may be covered by the New Zealand Domestic warranty, with up to five years protection for even greater peace of mind. For more details contact a Daikin sales engineer

Spare Parts

Daikin Spare Parts warehouses are in Auckland and Christchurch, ensuring fast delivery and providing a rapid response to get your climate control system back online quickly in the unlikely event of an outage.
